Most come with chips. I get the half and half deal with half a sandwich and either half soup or half salad. It also comes with chips. Drinks aren't included.

I suggest calling the location and asking the manager directly. Posting a question on a site like this may not always get your message to the people who own a business. I'm sorry about your experience though and hopefully they'll be better to you next time or you'll find a different place with sandwiches that you like.
